NiFe WARS — What We've Built Together in Six Months
UPDATE

Six months ago, our team made a decision that changed everything. We stepped away from mobile gaming and went all in on what this IP was always meant to be — comics, collectibles, and a universe built to last. Today, exactly six months later, we want to take a moment and share what we've built together — and what's coming next.
Because none of this happened without you.
A universe four years in the making
The truth is, NiFe WARS didn't start in January 2026. We've been writing and building this universe since 2022 — four years of world-building, storytelling, and creative development before we ever put a product in anyone's hands. Nearly 900 pages of story bible. Nine fully scripted anime episodes. A universe that begins with the story of one girl — Melcrose — and expands into something far greater than any single character. In the end, this is a story about the fate of the universe itself. Good versus pure evil. Light against darkness. Hundreds of characters drawn from fantasy and real-world history, mythology and legend, placed inside a sci-fi world set in the year 3022.
The story was always there. What we hadn't done was put it in front of the world.

January 1, 2026 changed that. Our team sat down and made the call: it's now or never. MegaCon Orlando — one of the biggest comic and anime expos in the United States — was less than three months out. An impossible timeline by any industry standard. We didn't care. We put our heads down and did it anyway.
MegaCon Orlando — the validation of the IP
We arrived at MegaCon with two comics — Issues #1 and #2, both launched at the show — two Youtooz figures, and a handful of posters and apparel. That was everything we had time to produce. We were brand new, completely unknown, competing for attention on the same floor as Marvel, Lord of the Rings, One Piece, and franchises with decades of built-in fandom behind them.
Every single person who walked into our booth was a cold audience. Nobody knew who we were. We had to earn every conversation, explain the story, the world, the vision — from scratch, one fan at a time. And every single one of them stopped. Every single one of them was captivated. By the art. By the characters. By the story. By the ambition of what we're trying to build.

Not one person walked away unimpressed — and almost every single one walked out having purchased something. Hundreds of comics, Youtooz figures, posters, and apparel. New fans were coming back the next day asking when the next volume would be out because they'd stayed up reading and couldn't get enough of the story.
That was the validation we needed. Not a market report. Not an investor deck. Real people, in real time, telling us with their attention and their enthusiasm that this IP is worth everything we're putting into it. We left MegaCon knowing we had to double down — and that's exactly what we did.

nifewars.com — a website that stops people in their tracks
After MegaCon, we built nifewars.com with a clear philosophy: don't oversaturate. No heavy animations, no cluttered themes, no noise. Let the art and the story speak for themselves.
It worked. There has not been a single person who visited nifewars.com and wasn't genuinely impressed by what they found. The website has become one of our most powerful tools — it communicates the quality, the depth, and the seriousness of this IP the moment you land on it.
One thing we did that most publishers don't bother with: a dedicated Creators page that gives full credit to every artist and creator who has contributed to this universe. These are the people building NiFe WARS alongside us, and we believe in putting their names front and center.
It's also how we've attracted world-class talent. Some of the most accomplished artists working in comics today have joined NiFe WARS because they visited the site, read the story, and wanted in. The IP sells itself — we just needed to show it properly.

NiFe WARS #1 Blind Bags — flying off shelves across the board
We launched the NiFe WARS #1 Blind Bags — our flagship collectible product — and the response exceeded every expectation we had.
On our own live shows on Whatnot and eBay Live, bags have been flying. But the story that really tells you everything is what happened when we got them into the hands of other retailers and comic shops. Some of the biggest names in the space — Unknown Comics, Shopverse, and Knights of Comics — have been moving through their supply almost immediately. Nobody needs to be convinced. Fans who had never heard of NiFe WARS pull a holographic chase variant, discover the story, and come straight back for more. Moving through all 5,000 copies of Blind Bags Issue 01 is not a matter of if — it's a matter of when. Tune into any of our live shows on Whatnot or eBay Live and you'll see exactly what we mean. These bags are flying.
The chase mechanics work. The art is undeniable. And the quality of the product — from the bag itself to the NFC chip in every single comic — has set a standard that the market has noticed.

NiFe WARS Collect — the future of physical collectibles
We unveiled NiFe WARS Collect — our proprietary NFC authentication and digital twin platform — and with it, changed what it means to own a NiFe WARS collectible.
Every blind bag comic ships with an embedded NFC chip. Hold your phone near the chip, then tap the notification that appears on your screen to claim your collectible. Your digital twin is registered to your profile at collect.nifewars.com. Your comic is verified, documented, and part of a permanent collector record that travels with that item forever.
The provenance history alone is unlike anything in the collectibles space. Every owner a collectible has ever had, every signature it has ever received — logged permanently and verifiably. If you get an artist or a founder to physically sign your comic, they use their NiFe WARS Collect account to digitally verify that signature on the spot. Time-stamped, location-stamped, permanent. Signed by Sergio Acuña — MegaCon Orlando, March 2026. On the record. Forever.
NiFe WARS Collect isn't just authentication — it's the infrastructure of a collector community that's only going to grow.

Florida Supercon — July 10–12, 2026
We'll be on the floor at Florida Supercon, July 10–12, 2026 — and we couldn't be more excited about it.
What most people don't realize is that getting into major expos isn't just a matter of buying a booth. These events have review processes. They evaluate every applicant — the IP, the product quality, the story, the vision — to determine whether the franchise will genuinely elevate the experience for the hundreds of thousands of fans who buy tickets to attend. Being accepted is a statement of credibility that the industry takes seriously.
We were accepted. And we'll be showing up with far more than we had at MegaCon.
If you're in South Florida, come find us.

Retailer exclusive variant covers — SDCC and NYCC
One of the most exciting things we've been building behind the scenes is our retailer exclusive variant cover program.
Here's how it works in the comic industry: select retailers — both physical shops and online stores — partner with publishers to produce their own limited variant covers, featuring artists of their choosing, sold exclusively through their channels at conventions or on their live shows. Low minimum order quantities, exclusive art, limited availability. For collectors, hunting down retailer exclusives is one of the great joys of the hobby.
We've already closed multiple retailers for exclusive variant covers at SDCC and NYCC — with cover artists that will genuinely blow your mind. We're not ready to announce them yet, but those reveals are coming soon.
Three names you already know from the NiFe WARS community are leading the charge: Unknown Comics, Shopverse, and Knights of Comics have all signed on to produce exclusive variant covers. Every single one will be NFC-chipped and authenticated on NiFe WARS Collect. Hunting them down will be a true challenge for collectors — and we mean that in the best possible way.
Launching on Whatnot and eBay Live — the community at the center of everything
Live selling isn't a side channel for NiFe WARS. It's the foundational stone of how we build this franchise. There is no better way to hang with the community, open blind bags in real time, pull holographic chase variants live on camera, and bring new fans into the universe than a live show.
We launched our official channels on Whatnot and eBay Live — and getting on both was no small thing.
eBay Live in particular is still in beta and requires a vigorous review process that typically takes 6 to 8 months. After meeting with the eBay Live and collectibles team directly, they were impressed enough to fast-track our review to a matter of weeks — just in time for the blind bag launch. That kind of response from a platform of eBay's scale tells you everything about how this IP is being received at the industry level.
We'll be running live shows on both platforms in parallel going forward. And we're also looking at adding TikTok Live to the lineup — keep an eye out for that announcement.
What the next six months look like
We've prepared an insane second half of 2026 — new blind bag comic releases, trading cards, major partnerships, and a live event announcement later in the year that we genuinely cannot wait to share.
We won't spoil it here. Just know that everything we've built in the first six months was foundation. What's coming is the house.
This is a community-built franchise. Full stop.
We want to say something clearly, because it matters to us: NiFe WARS doesn't have investors in the traditional sense. There is no boardroom, no outside funding, no corporate mandate telling us what to build or how to build it.
This franchise exists because of this community. Every live show we host, every conversation our team has at a convention, every comment thread on social media — it all comes back to the same thing: the people who showed up early and stayed. Every blind bag you opened, every live show you attended, every post you shared, every comment you left — all of it is what made these six months possible. We owe everything we've achieved, and everything we'll achieve, to the people who showed up early and stayed.
If you're new here — welcome. Start at nifewars.com and get ready. The next few months are going to be something.
The Big Vision
Everything we build — every comic, every collectible, every product drop — is in service of one destination: an anime series on a major streaming platform. Netflix. Prime. Disney. That is where this story is going.
The story is written. The world is built. The community is here. Every collectible you own, every like and comment on our socials, every person you bring into this universe — it all moves that needle. That's how a franchise gets picked up. That's how NiFe WARS becomes what it's always been meant to be.
Six months in. We're just getting started.
